{"id":9747,"date":"2020-10-16T14:47:25","date_gmt":"2020-10-16T14:47:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.erdmost.hu\/2020\/10\/16\/tobb-parkolo-lesz-az-erdi-vasutallomasokon\/"},"modified":"2020-10-16T14:47:25","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T14:47:25","slug":"tobb-parkolo-lesz-az-erdi-vasutallomasokon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/erdmost.hu\/en\/2020\/10\/16\/tobb-parkolo-lesz-az-erdi-vasutallomasokon\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00f6bb parkol\u00f3 lesz az \u00e9rdi vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1sokon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A BFK az elm\u00falt h\u00f3napokban r\u00e9szletes tanulm\u00e1nyt k\u00e9sz\u00edtett a budapesti agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e1llom\u00e1sainak megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges P+R \u00e9s B+R fejleszt\u00e9si strat\u00e9gi\u00e1r\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ma h\u00e1rom ing\u00e1z\u00f3b\u00f3l kett\u0151 aut\u00f3val j\u00f6n a f\u0151v\u00e1rosba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A f\u0151v\u00e1rosba vezet\u0151 11 vas\u00fatvonal \u00e9s az \u00f6sszes H\u00c9V valamennyi \u00e9rintett agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00e1llom\u00e1s\u00e1n \u00e9s meg\u00e1ll\u00f3hely\u00e9n, 108 telep\u00fcl\u00e9s \u00f6sszesen 171 helysz\u00edn\u00e9n vizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k meg, hogy mennyi a jelenlegi kapacit\u00e1s, mennyire lenne ig\u00e9ny most \u00e9s a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1sok szerint a j\u00f6v\u0151ben hogyan fog n\u00f6vekedni a forgalom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8222;Sok helyen a pillanatnyi f\u00e9r\u0151helysz\u00e1m t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r\u00f6se is megtelne.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure><a data-featherlight=\"image\" href=\"https:\/\/static.regon.hu\/ma\/2020\/10\/vitezy2.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-original=\"https:\/\/static.regon.hu\/ma\/2020\/10\/tn4-vitezy2.png\" height=\"532\" src=\"https:\/\/static.regon.hu\/ma\/2020\/10\/tn4-vitezy2.png\" width=\"750\" \/><\/a><figcaption><em>T\u00e9rk\u00e9p a mai P+R helyzetk\u00e9pr\u0151l az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3ban: BFK\/Mobilissimus<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3b\u00f3l nap mint nap Budapestre z\u00fadul\u00f3 aut\u00f3\u00e1radat m\u00e9rs\u00e9kl\u00e9s\u00e9re l\u00e9p\u00e9seket kell tenni, hiszen ma h\u00e1rom ing\u00e1z\u00f3b\u00f3l kett\u0151 szem\u00e9lyaut\u00f3val j\u00f6n a f\u0151v\u00e1rosba. \u00daj egyens\u00falyra van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g a budapesti k\u00f6zleked\u00e9sben, amelyhez az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3s k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s versenyk\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9nek n\u00f6vel\u00e9se kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Megdupl\u00e1z\u00f3dhatnak a P+R \u00e9s B+R f\u00e9r\u0151helyek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A P+R \u00e9s B+R parkol\u00f3k fejleszt\u00e9se az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3ban nemcsak az ing\u00e1z\u00f3k, hanem a budapestiek \u00e9rdeke is. A belv\u00e1ros forgalomcsillap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak el\u0151felt\u00e9tele az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3s k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s versenyk\u00e9pesebb\u00e9 t\u00e9tele.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Az egyik legfontosabb eszk\u00f6z a m\u00f3dv\u00e1lt\u00f3 utaz\u00e1sok el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9se, vagyis az, hogy a g\u00e9pkocsit \u00e9s a ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rt a vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1son lehessen hagyni.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Term\u00e9szetesen m\u00e9g jobb, ha az utas aut\u00f3 helyett m\u00e1r a vonathoz is k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi k\u00f6zleked\u00e9ssel jut el, a projektnek ez\u00e9rt r\u00e9sze a buszfordul\u00f3k, buszmeg\u00e1ll\u00f3k megtervez\u00e9se is, ahol ezek hi\u00e1nyoznak.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;A korm\u00e1nyhat\u00e1rozat h\u00e9t vas\u00fatvonal,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>az 1-es hegyeshalmi,<\/li>\n<li>a 30a sz\u00e9kesfeh\u00e9rv\u00e1ri,<\/li>\n<li>a 70-es v\u00e1ci,<\/li>\n<li>a 71-es veresegyh\u00e1zi,<\/li>\n<li>a 100a cegl\u00e9di,<\/li>\n<li>a 120a \u00fajsz\u00e1szi<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9s a 150-es kunszentmikl\u00f3si.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>el\u0151v\u00e1rosi szakasz\u00e1t \u00e9rinti.<\/p>\n<p>Ezek vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1sai \u00e9s meg\u00e1ll\u00f3i k\u00f6z\u00fcl v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an t\u00f6bb mint negyven helysz\u00ednen k\u00e9sz\u00fclnek el a parkol\u00f3k meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges enged\u00e9lyez\u00e9si \u00e9s kiviteli tervek 2022-ig.<\/p>\n<p>A pontos helysz\u00ednekr\u0151l a tervez\u00e9s el\u0151rehalad\u00e1s\u00e1val folyamatosan t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st ad majd a BFK. Az \u00e9rintett vonalak ment\u00e9n az int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra a P+R \u00e9s B+R f\u00e9r\u0151helyek \u00f6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben megdupl\u00e1z\u00f3dhatnak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rh\u00e1l\u00f3zat-fejleszt\u00e9si strat\u00e9gia is k\u00e9sz\u00fcl<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Az eur\u00f3pai uni\u00f3s forr\u00e1sokb\u00f3l megval\u00f3sul\u00f3 nagy el\u0151v\u00e1rosi vas\u00fatfejleszt\u00e9sek megkezd\u00e9se \u00f3ta az elm\u00falt 13 \u00e9vben \u00f6sszesen 6470 P+R aut\u00f3parkol\u00f3 \u00e9p\u00fclt a vas\u00fatfejleszt\u00e9si beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok keret\u00e9ben az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3ban. Jelenleg folyik a Budapest\u2013Hatvan \u00e9s a Budapest\u2013Pusztaszabolcs vonal rekonstrukci\u00f3ja. Ezen beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok keret\u00e9ben is k\u00e9sz\u00fclnek P+R, illetve B+R f\u00e9r\u0151helyek, az esztergomi vonal fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9nek utols\u00f3 \u00fctemek\u00e9nt is dolgoznak a P+R kapacit\u00e1s b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9n, a fenti \u00e9rt\u00e9kek \u00e9s helysz\u00ednek ezeken a m\u00e1r megindult projekteken fel\u00fcl \u00e9rtend\u0151k.<\/p>\n<figure><a data-featherlight=\"image\" href=\"https:\/\/static.regon.hu\/ma\/2020\/10\/vitezy3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-original=\"https:\/\/static.regon.hu\/ma\/2020\/10\/tn4-vitezy3.png\" height=\"530\" src=\"https:\/\/static.regon.hu\/ma\/2020\/10\/tn4-vitezy3.png\" width=\"750\" \/><\/a><figcaption>T\u00e9rk\u00e9p a mai B+R helyzetk\u00e9pr\u0151l az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3ban: BFK\/Mobilissimus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A korm\u00e1nyhat\u00e1rozatban a BFK lehet\u0151s\u00e9get \u00e9s forr\u00e1st kapott egy budapesti agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3s ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rh\u00e1l\u00f3zat-fejleszt\u00e9si strat\u00e9gia megalkot\u00e1s\u00e1ra is.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Ebben fel kell v\u00e1zolni egy olyan \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 ker\u00e9kp\u00e1ros h\u00e1l\u00f3zatot, amely nemcsak a vas\u00fati meg\u00e1ll\u00f3k el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9t teszi lehet\u0151v\u00e9 az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3ban, hanem azt is, hogy a Budapest k\u00f6r\u00fcli telep\u00fcl\u00e9sekr\u0151l k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl is el lehessen \u00e9rni a budapesti c\u00e9lpontokat.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ezt a munk\u00e1t a F\u0151v\u00e1rosi \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzattal egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sben v\u00e9gzik majd.<\/p>\n<p>Az agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3s vas\u00fat- \u00e9s H\u00c9V-\u00e1llom\u00e1sok megk\u00f6zel\u00edthet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9nek fejleszt\u00e9si feladatait a Budapest Fejleszt\u00e9si K\u00f6zpont F\u00fcrjes Bal\u00e1zs \u00e1llamtitk\u00e1r fel\u00fcgyelete mellett, 797 milli\u00f3 forint k\u00f6zponti k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel v\u00e9gzi.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00d6sszesen 3000 P+R parkol\u00f3 \u00e9s 2000 B+R biciklit\u00e1rol\u00f3 tervez\u00e9s\u00e9t kezdi meg a Budapest Fejleszt\u00e9si K\u00f6zpont (BFK) a nemr\u00e9g megjelent korm\u00e1nyhat\u00e1rozat \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben a f\u0151v\u00e1rosi agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3ban, \u00edgy \u00c9rden is &#8211;
