„Az elm\u00falt \u00e9vek \u00e1llamos\u00edt\u00e1si hull\u00e1m\u00e1nak k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben sz\u00e1mos jogk\u00f6r\u00e9t elvesz\u00edtette az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat, t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6zt nincs m\u00e1r joga ellen\u0151rizni \u00e9s fel\u00fcgyelni, hogy mi \u00e9p\u00fcl a v\u00e1rosban.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
