Egy nagyobb l\u00e1basban vizet forraltam, alaposan megs\u00f3ztam, majd beletettem a karfiolt, vir\u00e1gaival f\u00f6lfel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Fed\u00e9l alatt nyolc-t\u00edz percig f\u0151ztem, gyorsan le\u00f6nt\u00f6ttem r\u00f3la a vizet, \u00e9s hagytam, hogy kicsit kih\u0171lj\u00f6n.
