Ennek bejelent\u00e9s\u00e9vel v\u00e1rnom kellett eddig a h\u00e9tig, felismerve azt, hogy lehet, nem a kamp\u00e1ny a legjobb id\u0151pont r\u00e1\u201d \u2013 mondta a\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/telex.hu\/valasztas-2022\/2022\/04\/13\/karacsony-gergely-interju-valasztas-utan\">Telexnek adott interj\u00faj\u00e1ban<\/a>\u00a0Kar\u00e1csony Gergely f\u0151polg\u00e1rmester. A r\u00e9szletek meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00f6ssze\u00fcl az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat civil munkacsoportja, amibe a z\u00f6ld \u00e9s civil szervezetek mellett az Aut\u00f3klub szakembereit is megh\u00edvt\u00e1k, \u00e9s az \u00e9rintett ker\u00fcleti \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok is belesz\u00f3lhatnak. Itt fog tiszt\u00e1z\u00f3dni, milyen hossz\u00fa legyen az aut\u00f3mentes szakasz, aminek a kivitelez\u00e9s\u00e9t a 3-as metr\u00f3 k\u00f6z\u00e9ps\u0151 szakasz\u00e1nak fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa ut\u00e1n, a j\u00f6v\u0151 \u00e9v els\u0151 fel\u00e9ben kezden\u00e9k meg.<\/p>\n<p>2020 elej\u00e9n, kinevez\u00e9se ut\u00e1n Bard\u00f3czi S\u00e1ndor f\u0151v\u00e1rosi f\u0151t\u00e1j\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sz\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/index.hu\/belfold\/2020\/01\/14\/fokertesz_bardoczi_sandor_budapest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">egy interj\u00faban m\u00e1r c\u00e9lzott arra<\/a>, hogy<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201ea Pesti als\u00f3 rakpartot, a Szent Istv\u00e1n parkt\u00f3l a B\u00e1ln\u00e1ig, egy hosszabb folyamat sor\u00e1n vissza lehetne adni a v\u00e1rosnak ebb\u0151l a klo\u00e1ka maxima, aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya \u00e1llapotb\u00f3l. Erre Tarl\u00f3s\u00e9k ki\u00edrtak p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatot, t\u00f6k j\u00f3 eredm\u00e9nnyel, csakhogy a legjobbakat kihaj\u00edtott\u00e1k az ablakon.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ezut\u00e1n 2020-ban f\u00e9l \u00e9ven \u00e1t, m\u00e1just\u00f3l okt\u00f3ber v\u00e9g\u00e9ig minden h\u00e9tv\u00e9g\u00e9n a gyalogosok\u00e9 \u00e9s ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rosok\u00e9 volt a pesti als\u00f3 rakpart. A rakpart lez\u00e1r\u00e1sa a forgalmi adatok alapj\u00e1n nem okozott torl\u00f3d\u00e1sokat a v\u00e1rosban, a gyalogosok \u00e9s a ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rosok k\u00f6zleked\u00e9si felt\u00e9telein azonban jelent\u0151sen jav\u00edtott.<\/p>\n<p>A lez\u00e1r\u00e1st a\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/telex.hu\/belfold\/2020\/10\/21\/pesti-rakpart-lezaras-gyalogos-kerekparos\">Medi\u00e1n k\u00f6zv\u00e9lem\u00e9ny-kutat\u00e1sa szerint<\/a>\u00a0a budapestiek t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ge t\u00e1mogatta: 73 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k egyet\u00e9rtett azzal, hogy h\u00e9tv\u00e9geken sz\u00fcntess\u00e9k meg a g\u00e9pkocsiforgalmat, de m\u00e9g a forgalom teljes megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9t is 59 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k helyeselte. A fel\u00faj\u00edtott szakaszt\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/telex.hu\/belfold\/2021\/12\/10\/atadtak-a-pesti-also-rakpart-egy-szakaszat-de-2023-ig-nem-lehet-hasznalni-autoval\">2021 december\u00e9ben adt\u00e1k \u00e1t<\/a>, de csak a gyalogosok \u00e9s ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rosok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, az aut\u00f3sok csak most, \u00e1prilis 11-\u00e9n, h\u00e9tf\u0151t\u0151l vehett\u00e9k birtokba az \u00fattestet.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 szakasz az Orsz\u00e1gh\u00e1z \u00e9s a Belgr\u00e1d rakpart (Erzs\u00e9bet h\u00edd) k\u00f6z\u00f6tt h\u00faz\u00f3dik. Ez a r\u00e9sz lehet aut\u00f3mentess\u00e9 alak\u00edtva.
