Szilvia elmondta, hogy a lak\u00e1sok tulajdonosai nem tudj\u00e1k fizetni a hitelt. Emiatt az ingatlanok tulajdoni lapjain szerepel a bank jelz\u00e1logjoga \u00e9s egy faktor c\u00e9g k\u00f6vetel\u00e9se.<\/p>\n<p>Az ingatlanokat k\u00edn\u00e1l\u00f3 R. L\u00e1szl\u00f3 a f\u00e9rfi szerint tavaly febru\u00e1rban azt mondta, ha megk\u00f6tik a szerz\u0151d\u00e9st, felveszik a kapcsolatot a bankkal, \u00e9s engedm\u00e9nyez\u00e9si elj\u00e1r\u00e1s keret\u00e9n bel\u00fcl a bank a k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s\u00e9t eladj\u00e1k a fiatalembernek, aki \u00edgy hozz\u00e1juthat az ingatlanhoz. Mindehhez azonban al\u00e1 kell \u00edrnia egy titoktart\u00e1si szerz\u0151d\u00e9st, \u00e9s nem veheti fel a kapcsolatot az ingatlan tulajdonos\u00e1val sem. Gruber fia belement ebbe. A f\u00e9rfi csin\u00e1lt egy Facebook-csoportot, \u00e9s azt mondja, ott egyre t\u00f6bb megk\u00e1ros\u00edtott ember jelentkezett. \u00cdgy der\u00fclt ki, hogy a rend\u0151rs\u00e9g m\u00e1r 2018 szeptembere \u00f3ta nyomoz a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g \u00fcgyk\u00f6d\u00e9se miatt.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Mivel h\u00e1rom \u00e9s f\u00e9l \u00e9ve folyik az \u00fcgy, sz\u00e1momra \u00e9rthetetlen, hogy mi\u00e9rt hagyt\u00e1k a rend\u0151r\u00f6k, hogy folyamatosan menjen az emberek \u00e1tver\u00e9se \u2013 hitetlenkedett Zolt\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>A Budapesti Rend\u0151r-f\u0151kapit\u00e1nys\u00e1g a Blikk-kel azt k\u00f6z\u00f6lte, k\u00e9t gyan\u00fas\u00edtottja van az \u00fcgynek, illetve eddig 16 s\u00e9rtettje. L\u00e1szl\u00f3 c\u00e1folta, hogy nem tudn\u00e1k ingatlanhoz juttatni az \u00fcgyfeleiket.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Nagyon sok sikeres \u00e1tad\u00e1sunk volt, most is folynak az ingatlan \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9sek, de hogy az embereknek az \u00e1rver\u00e9si morat\u00f3rium miatt v\u00e1rniuk kell a lak\u00e1sok megszerz\u00e9s\u00e9re, nem a mi hib\u00e1nk, \u00e9s ezt \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban tudom\u00e1sul is veszik \u2013 k\u00f6z\u00f6lte lapunkkal R.
