M\u00e9sz\u00e1ros Andr\u00e1s, kiemelve: az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat c\u00e9lja, hogy ne csak az \u00e9p\u00edttet\u0151k, illetve a jog\u00e1szok, hanem a lak\u00e1shoz jutni v\u00e1gy\u00f3k is ismerj\u00e9k a vonatkoz\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyokat, \u00e9s tiszt\u00e1ban legyenek azzal, hogy nem \u00e9rdemes olyan ingatlant v\u00e1s\u00e1rolniuk, amely nem felel meg a Helyi \u00c9p\u00edt\u00e9si Szab\u00e1lyzatban foglaltaknak.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Mindenkinek felaj\u00e1nljuk azt a lehet\u0151s\u00e9get, hogy az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9shat\u00f3s\u00e1ggal egyeztessen a jogszab\u00e1lyok mibenl\u00e9t\u00e9r\u0151l. Az \u00e9p\u00edttet\u0151k figyelm\u00e9t felh\u00edvom arra, hogy a telep\u00fcl\u00e9sk\u00e9p v\u00e9delm\u00e9nek helyi szab\u00e1lyair\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 rendelet \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az egyszer\u0171 bejelent\u00e9ssel \u00e9rintett tervek beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t megel\u0151z\u0151en telep\u00fcl\u00e9sk\u00e9pi szakmai konzult\u00e1ci\u00f3t kell tartani a f\u0151\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szn\u00e9l, a kett\u0151n\u00e9l t\u00f6bb rendeltet\u00e9si egys\u00e9get tartalmaz\u00f3 \u00e9p\u00fclet tervez\u00e9se eset\u00e9n. Fontos tudni azt is: \u00c9rden az ezer n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9tern\u00e9l kisebb telkekre egy, az ann\u00e1l nagyobb telkekre legfeljebb k\u00e9t lak\u00f3egys\u00e9g \u00e9p\u00edthet\u0151 \u2013 hangs\u00falyozta T.
