A k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s cs\u00fct\u00f6rt\u00f6ki \u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9n arr\u00f3l hat\u00e1rozott volna, hogy lez\u00e1rja a v\u00e9lem\u00e9nyez\u00e9si szakaszt az ingatlanra vonatkoz\u00f3 telep\u00fcl\u00e9srendez\u00e9si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1si elj\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatban, \u00e1m az err\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 d\u00f6nt\u00e9st elhalasztott\u00e1k, \u00e9s most egy lakoss\u00e1gi f\u00f3rum megtart\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l hat\u00e1roztak.<\/p>\n<p>Mint Sim\u00f3 K\u00e1roly alpolg\u00e1rmester az \u00fcl\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151en elmondta:&nbsp; az ingatlan mag\u00e1ntulajdonban van, a c\u00e9gtulajdonossal az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat egy \u00e9vtizede k\u00f6t\u00f6tt egy meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1st arr\u00f3l, milyen felt\u00e9telekkel fejlesztheti ezt a ter\u00fcletet. Az elm\u00falt \u00e9vekben t\u00f6bb elk\u00e9pzel\u00e9s is napvil\u00e1got l\u00e1tott. Az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat megpr\u00f3b\u00e1lt olyan el\u0151ny\u00f6s meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1st el\u00e9rni, ami azt c\u00e9lozta, hogy a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g a lehet\u0151 legt\u00f6bbet profit\u00e1ljon a fejleszt\u00e9sb\u0151l, \u00e9s kiemelten odafigyeljenek a term\u00e9szeti \u00e9rt\u00e9kek meg\u00f3v\u00e1s\u00e1ra is.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Fontos az itt \u00e9l\u0151k min\u00e9l teljesebb k\u00f6r\u0171 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sa, a f\u00e9lre\u00e9rt\u00e9sek tiszt\u00e1z\u00e1sa. A telep\u00fcl\u00e9srendez\u00e9si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatos egyeztet\u00e9si elj\u00e1r\u00e1s a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben meghat\u00e1rozott m\u00f3don megt\u00f6rt\u00e9nt \u2013 ennek keret\u00e9ben a lakoss\u00e1g elmondhatta m\u00e1r a v\u00e9lem\u00e9ny\u00e9t, t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6zt egy lakoss\u00e1gi f\u00f3rumon \u2013, de a folyamatot m\u00e9g nem z\u00e1rtuk le; a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9vel megv\u00e1rjuk, m\u00edg lezajlik az \u00fajabb tal\u00e1lkoz\u00e1s a k\u00f6rny\u00e9ken \u00e9l\u0151kkel. B\u00edzunk abban, hogy lesz \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9s \u2013 tette hozz\u00e1 Sim\u00f3 K\u00e1roly.<\/p>\n<p>A test\u00fclet elfogadta az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat tulajdon\u00e1ban l\u00e9v\u0151 lak\u00e1sok \u00e9s helyis\u00e9gek b\u00e9rlet\u00e9re, valamint elidegen\u00edt\u00e9s\u00fckre vonatkoz\u00f3 rendelet m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t c\u00e9lz\u00f3 javaslatot.&nbsp; Az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati lak\u00e1sok b\u00e9re \u00e9vek \u00f3ta nem v\u00e1ltozott, az infl\u00e1ci\u00f3 m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t nem k\u00f6vette. 2019. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l a b\u00e9rleti d\u00edj n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9terenk\u00e9nt 600 forintr\u00f3l 800-ra emelkedik \u2013 \u00e9s m\u00e9g \u00edgy sem \u00e9ri majd el a piaci b\u00e9rleti d\u00edj fel\u00e9t. A befolyt \u00f6sszegb\u0151l \u2013 ahogyan eddig is \u2013 egy olyan alapot k\u00e9peznek, amelyet a lak\u00e1s\u00e1llom\u00e1ny fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra ford\u00edtanak.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s megszavazta a F\u00e1c\u00e1n k\u00f6zi lak\u00f3telep k\u00f6zter\u00fcletk\u00e9nt haszn\u00e1lt utc\u00e1inak, \u00e9s kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 k\u00f6zm\u0171l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9nyeinek tulajdoni rendez\u00e9s\u00e9t szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 javaslatot. Mint az el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9sben elhangzott, a tiszt\u00e1zatlan tulajdonosi viszonyokkal rendelkez\u0151 lak\u00f3telepen a h\u00e1zi szennyv\u00edzh\u00e1l\u00f3zat nem megfelel\u0151, ami nagyon sok probl\u00e9m\u00e1t okoz, \u00e9s ezen csak a teljes fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s seg\u00edt \u2013 ez azonban \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati forr\u00e1sb\u00f3l, v\u00edzik\u00f6zm\u0171-fejleszt\u00e9si alapb\u00f3l addig nem megoldhat\u00f3, am\u00edg nincs tiszt\u00e1zva a ter\u00fclet tulajdonjoga.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 A kor\u00e1bbi \u00e1llami \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151ipari v\u00e1llalat, amely a lak\u00e1sokat fel\u00e9p\u00edtette, a rendszerv\u00e1lt\u00e1skor elmulasztotta a lak\u00e1sok alatt l\u00e9v\u0151 ter\u00fclet, illetve az utc\u00e1k tulajdonjog\u00e1nak rendez\u00e9s\u00e9t. Az\u00f3ta a c\u00e9g megsz\u0171nt. 2018 j\u00faliusa \u00f3ta a jogut\u00f3d magyar \u00e1llamot bejegyezt\u00e9k tulajdonosk\u00e9nt \u00edgy legal\u00e1bb van kivel sz\u00f3ba \u00e1llni. Kezdem\u00e9nyezt\u00fck az ingyenes \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati tulajdonba ad\u00e1s\u00e1t, hogy az utc\u00e1kat rendesen karbantarthassuk, \u00e9s megfelel\u0151 m\u00f3don tudjuk \u00fczemeltetni \u2013 mondta az alpolg\u00e1rmester.<\/p>\n<p>A gr\u00e9mium j\u00f3v\u00e1hagyta az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat \u00e9s az \u00c9TV Kft. k\u00f6z\u00f6tt l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt szerz\u0151d\u00e9s alapj\u00e1n a v\u00edzi k\u00f6zm\u0171vek, m\u0171t\u00e1rgyak idei \u00e9vi b\u00e9rleti d\u00edj\u00e1t. A baloldal nemmel szavazott az el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9sre.<br \/>\n\u2013 A ma elfogadott javaslat a v\u00edzell\u00e1t\u00e1s biztons\u00e1g\u00e1t c\u00e9lozza; a v\u00edzm\u0171 mindennapos \u00fczemeltet\u00e9s\u00e9t megfelel\u0151 szakemberg\u00e1rd\u00e1val biztos\u00edtani kell, \u00e9s az el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9st az\u00e9rt szavazt\u00e1k meg a korm\u00e1nyp\u00e1rti \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati k\u00e9pvisel\u0151k, hogy meg legyen a fedezete a biztons\u00e1gos \u00fczemeltet\u00e9snek \u2013 mondta Sim\u00f3 K\u00e1roly.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nt\u00e9s sz\u00fcletett arr\u00f3l is, hogy a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s k\u00e9tmilli\u00f3 forint t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st biztos\u00edt a T\u00fcnd\u00e9rPakk Alap\u00edtv\u00e1nynak, t\u00e1mogatva ezzel, hogy egy sz\u00edvbeteg \u00e9rdi kisl\u00e1ny \u00e9s csal\u00e1dja megfelel\u0151 lak\u00e1shoz jusson.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00fcl\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151en Havasi M\u00e1rta (DK) \u00fagy fogalmazott: sikerk\u00e9nt k\u00f6nyvelhetik el a Fels\u0151-Parkv\u00e1rosban \u00e9l\u0151k, hogy m\u00e9g egy lakoss\u00e1gi f\u00f3rumot tartanak a l\u0151t\u00e9r fejleszt\u00e9se \u00fcgy\u00e9ben, \u00e9s elmondhatj\u00e1k v\u00e9lem\u00e9ny\u00fcket. Ezt k\u00e9s\u0151 d\u00e9lut\u00e1ni id\u0151pontban, a Parkv\u00e1rosi K\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi H\u00e1zban tartj\u00e1k majd, ami k\u00f6nnyebben megk\u00f6zel\u00edthet\u0151 az itt \u00e9l\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.
