A fejleszt\u00e9s a Budapesti Agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3s Vas\u00fati Strat\u00e9gia (BAVS) r\u00e9sze. A BAVS egyik kiemelt int\u00e9zked\u00e9se a hi\u00e1nyz\u00f3 budapesti vas\u00fati meg\u00e1ll\u00f3k meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a Pest k\u00fcls\u0151 ker\u00fcleteit \u00e1tszel\u0151 k\u00fcls\u0151 k\u00f6rvas\u00faton \u00e9s a fejleszt\u00e9s alatt \u00e1ll\u00f3 D\u00e9li K\u00f6rvas\u00fatra vezet\u0151 vonalakon, hiszen hi\u00e1ba j\u00e1rnak vonatok n\u00e9pes lak\u00f3k\u00f6rzetek mellett, meg\u00e1ll\u00f3 h\u00edj\u00e1n az ott \u00e9l\u0151k nem haszn\u00e1lhatj\u00e1k a vasutat.<\/p>\n<p>Albertfalva m\u00e1r most is l\u00e9tez\u0151 vas\u00fati meg\u00e1ll\u00f3hely, de az itt egym\u00e1s mellett halad\u00f3 sz\u00e9kesfeh\u00e9rv\u00e1ri (30a) \u00e9s pusztaszabolcsi (40a) vonalak k\u00f6z\u00fcl csak az el\u0151bbiek v\u00e1g\u00e1nyai mellett vannak peronok, viszont az ut\u00f3bbiakn\u00e1l lenne igaz\u00e1n sz\u00fcks\u00e9g r\u00e1juk.<\/p>\n<p>Ez az \u00e1llapot a 19. sz\u00e1zad \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9ge, a mai 30-as, d\u00e9l-balatoni vonal \u0151s\u00e9t a D\u00e9li Vas\u00fat \u00e9p\u00edtette meg, \u00e9s amikor k\u00e9s\u0151bb a M\u00c1V l\u00e9trehozta a p\u00e9csi (mai 40-es) vonalat ezen a szakaszon vele p\u00e1rhuzamosan, nem akartak \u00e1llom\u00e1shaszn\u00e1lati d\u00edjat fizetni a konkurens t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gnak, \u00edgy nem k\u00f6t\u00f6ttek be Albertfalv\u00e1ba. A D\u00e9li Vas\u00fat a m\u00falt\u00e9, eltelt sz\u00e1z \u00e9v, m\u00e1ig fenn\u00e1ll azonban ez a helyzet.<\/p>\n<p>A probl\u00e9ma megold\u00e1sa viszont \u00faj aktualit\u00e1st nyert: a Budapesti Agglomer\u00e1ci\u00f3s Vas\u00fati Strat\u00e9gia az el\u0151v\u00e1rosi vonatok sz\u00e1m\u00e1nak emel\u00e9s\u00e9hez a&nbsp;k\u00e9t, \u00c9rd v\u00e1ros\u00e1t\u00f3l p\u00e1rhuzamos vonalon&nbsp;olyan \u00f6sszehangolt k\u00f6zleked\u00e9si rendet v\u00e1zol f\u00f6l, amely l\u00e9nyeg\u00e9ben a vonatok&nbsp;sebess\u00e9g szerinti sz\u00e9toszt\u00e1s\u00e1n&nbsp;alapul.<\/p>\n<p>Vagyis a bels\u0151 szakaszon nem aszerint menn\u00e9nek a j\u00e1ratok az egyik vagy m\u00e1sik p\u00e1ly\u00e1n, hogy eredetileg Sz\u00e9kesfeh\u00e9rv\u00e1r vagy Pusztaszabolcs ir\u00e1ny\u00e1b\u00f3l \u00e9rkeztek, hanem aszerint, hogy el\u0151v\u00e1rosi, szem\u00e9ly vagy gyors (z\u00f3n\u00e1z\u00f3, IC) vonatokr\u00f3l van sz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Ennek felt\u00e9tele, hogy \u00c9rd t\u00e9rs\u00e9g\u00e9ben \u00e1t lehessen j\u00e1rni egyik vonalr\u00f3l a m\u00e1sikra. Az ehhez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges v\u00e1g\u00e1nykapcsolat meg\u00e9p\u00fclt a 40a vonal most z\u00e1rul\u00f3 fejleszt\u00e9se keret\u00e9ben. A rendszer m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9hez viszont az kell, hogy a meg\u00e1ll\u00f3k legal\u00e1bb z\u00f6mmel az el\u0151v\u00e1rosi szem\u00e9lyvonatok \u00e1ltal haszn\u00e1lt 40a vas\u00fatvonalon legyenek \u00c9rd \u00e9s Kelenf\u00f6ld k\u00f6z\u00f6tt (eleve itt volt t\u00f6bb). Ehhez teh\u00e1t Albertfalv\u00e1n \u00faj meg\u00e1ll\u00f3 kell, hiszen az el\u0151v\u00e1rosi szem\u00e9lyvonatok csak \u00edgy, a 40a vonalon tudnak majd itt meg\u00e1llni.<\/p>\n<p>A Budapest Fejleszt\u00e9si K\u00f6zpont a M\u00c1V-val egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sben ez\u00e9rt kezdi meg az \u00faj meg\u00e1ll\u00f3 tervez\u00e9s\u00e9t ezen a helysz\u00ednen. A meg\u00e1ll\u00f3 akad\u00e1lymentes lesz, lift \u00e9s \u00faj peron is k\u00e9sz\u00fcl, \u00e9s a vas\u00fat mindk\u00e9t oldal\u00e1ra ker\u00fclnek ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rt\u00e1rol\u00f3k, illetve a kelenv\u00f6lgyi oldalon P+R parkol\u00f3 is l\u00e9tes\u00fcl.<\/p>\n<p>A fejleszt\u00e9s c\u00e9lja az is, hogy a Feh\u00e9rv\u00e1ri \u00fati villamosokhoz egyszer\u0171en lehessen innen eljutni, mert ez az \u00e1tsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa a Budai Fon\u00f3d\u00f3 villamos \u00e9s az el\u0151v\u00e1rosi vonatok k\u00f6z\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>A meg\u00e1ll\u00f3 m\u00e9g jobban fel fog \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u0151dni a D\u00e9li K\u00f6rvas\u00fat elk\u00e9sz\u00fclte ut\u00e1n, amikor a k\u00f6zeli lak\u00f3telepekr\u0151l innen vonattal nemcsak a D\u00e9li p\u00e1lyaudvar fel\u00e9 lehet s\u0171r\u0171n eljutni majd, hanem a D\u00e9li K\u00f6rvas\u00faton \u00e1t Pestre is.<\/p>\n<p>A BFK \u00e1ltal ki\u00edrt tervez\u00e9si tender tartalma a k\u00fcls\u0151 k\u00f6rvas\u00faton a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00daj vas\u00fati meg\u00e1ll\u00f3hely tervez\u00e9se az Egyenes utcai lak\u00f3telepn\u00e9l a Kerepesi \u00fatn\u00e1l, ahol a j\u00f6v\u0151ben k\u00f6zvetlen \u00e1tsz\u00e1ll\u00e1si lehet\u0151s\u00e9g ny\u00edlik majd a vonatokr\u00f3l a H8-as g\u00f6d\u00f6ll\u0151i \u00e9s H9-es cs\u00f6m\u00f6ri h\u00e9vre. A h\u00e9vek fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9nek tervei itt \u00faj meg\u00e1ll\u00f3kkal sz\u00e1molnak a h\u00e9v-vonalakon.<\/li>\n<li>\u00daj peronok l\u00e9tes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel az utasforgalom el\u0151tt z\u00e1rt R\u00e1kosszentmih\u00e1ly vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1s forgalomba helyez\u00e9se.<\/li>\n<li>Az \u00dajpalot\u00e1n\u00e1l l\u00e9tes\u00fclt peronok meghosszabb\u00edt\u00e1sa, hogy csatolt FLIRT szerelv\u00e9nyt is fogadni tudjanak.<\/li>\n<li>\u00daj vas\u00fati meg\u00e1ll\u00f3hely Pest\u00fajhelyen, a Kolozsv\u00e1r utca keresztez\u00e9s\u00e9n\u00e9l, ahol \u00e1t lehet majd sz\u00e1llni az 5, 124, 125-\u00f6s buszokra \u00e9s a 62, 69-es villamosokra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A k\u00fcls\u0151 k\u00f6rvas\u00faton tavaly okt\u00f3berben \u2013 hossz\u00fa sz\u00fcnet ut\u00e1n \u2013 a M\u00c1V-Start elind\u00edtotta a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st az S76-os j\u00e1rattal. Ez azonban minden tekintetben csak els\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9snek tekinthet\u0151.
