Otthonr\u00f3l dolgoztunk, az \u00fczletek, mozik, sz\u00f3rakoz\u00f3helyek bez\u00e1rtak, k\u00e1v\u00e9zni is csak a teraszon tudtunk &#8211; t\u00f6bb id\u0151nk, kedv\u00fcnk maradt a kertre. Aki r\u00e1\u00e9rzett arra, milyen a saj\u00e1t term\u00e9s\u0171 paradicsomot, paprik\u00e1t, f\u0171szern\u00f6v\u00e9nyeket gondozni, majd lesz\u00fcretelni, biztos id\u00e9n sem hagyja ki a pal\u00e1nt\u00e1z\u00e1si szezont, akinek pedig valami\u00e9rt nem volt siker\u00e9lm\u00e9nye, annak is \u00e9rdemes \u00fajra belev\u00e1gnia. T\u00f3th Zolt\u00e1n \u0151stermel\u0151 feles\u00e9ge, \u00e9s T\u00f3thn\u00e9 \u00c1gi \u00e9vtizedek \u00f3ta nevelnek \u00e9s \u00e1rulnak pal\u00e1nt\u00e1t \u00c9rden. Seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00fckkel gy\u0171jt\u00f6tt\u00fck \u00f6ssze a tudnival\u00f3kat, fort\u00e9lyokat, buktat\u00f3kat.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1. Nem mindegy, mikor<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nM\u00e1rcius v\u00e9g\u00e9n, \u00e1prilis elej\u00e9n a sal\u00e1t\u00e1t m\u00e1r ki lehet \u00fcltetni a szabadba. Akkor sem lesz baja, ha megfagy a levele. Az \u00e9vel\u0151 f\u0171szerekkel sem lesz gond. A paradicsomot ink\u00e1bb \u00e1prilis k\u00f6zep\u00e9t\u0151l (persze \u00e9rdemes figyelni az id\u0151j\u00e1r\u00e1s-jelent\u00e9st is), a paprik\u00e1t pedig csak 20-a ut\u00e1n \u00e9rdemes ki\u00fcltetni.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. A f\u00f6ld is sz\u00e1m\u00edt<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAkinek a kertj\u00e9ben nem t\u00fal j\u00f3 talaj, annak azt javasolja a szakember, tegyen legal\u00e1bb k\u00e9t mar\u00e9knyi marhatr\u00e1gy\u00e1t az \u00fcltet\u0151g\u00f6d\u00f6rbe. Ha ed\u00e9nyben szeretn\u00e9nk nevelni a paradicsomot, paprik\u00e1t, gondoskodjunk t\u00e1pd\u00fas f\u00f6ldr\u0151l. Az \u00e9rdi f\u00f6ldet egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt nagyon szereti a paradicsom, a paprika viszont m\u00e1r kev\u00e9sb\u00e9 (ez ut\u00f3bbib\u00f3l az er\u0151s fajt\u00e1k ig\u00e9nytelenebbek).<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. V\u00e1lasszunk k\u00f6r\u00fcltekint\u0151en cserepet<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSokan ed\u00e9nybe \u00fcltetik a pal\u00e1nt\u00e1t, nem szabad f\u00f6ldbe. Ilyenkor fontos, hogy megfelel\u0151 m\u00e9retet v\u00e1lasszunk. A balkonparadicsomnak el\u00e9g a vir\u00e1gl\u00e1da (egy hatvan centisbe h\u00e1rom t\u00f6vet is el\u00fcltethet\u00fcnk), de a fut\u00f3paradicsomnak &#8211; ami teraszunk l\u00e1tv\u00e1nyos d\u00edsze lehet &#8211; m\u00e1r nagyobb cser\u00e9p kell.<\/p>\n<p>Tipp: a bazsalikomot, rukkol\u00e1t, petrezselymet ne szabad f\u00f6ldbe \u00fcltess\u00fck, hanem nagyobb m\u00e9ret\u0171 cser\u00e9pbe, \u00e9s az ed\u00e9nyt s\u00fcllyessz\u00fck a f\u00f6ldbe, \u00fagy, hogy k\u00e9t-h\u00e1romujjnyi maradjon szabadon a cser\u00e9pb\u0151l. \u00cdgy \u00f6nt\u00f6z\u00e9skor, illetve ha esik az es\u0151, a homok, a f\u00f6ld nem ver\u0151dik fel a n\u00f6v\u00e9nyre.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4. Hova \u00fcltess\u00fcnk?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDi\u00f3fa, feny\u0151fa k\u00f6zel\u00e9be ne, mert ezek lehull\u00f3 levelei megv\u00e1ltoztatj\u00e1k a talaj k\u00e9mhat\u00e1s\u00e1t (\u00e9s \u00e1rny\u00e9kolhatnak is). A paprika, paradicsom napos, legfeljebb f\u00e9l\u00e1rny\u00e9kos helyet szeret. A f\u0171szern\u00f6v\u00e9nyek (citromf\u0171, menta, kakukkf\u0171, oreg\u00e1n\u00f3, lesty\u00e1n, t\u00e1rkony, koriander, bazsalikom) jobban \u00e9rzik magukat f\u00e9l\u00e1rny\u00e9kban, mint a perzsel\u0151 h\u0151s\u00e9gben.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>5. Itt is fontos a k\u00f6telez\u0151 t\u00e1vols\u00e1gtart\u00e1s<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nMikor az \u00fcltet\u0151g\u00f6dr\u00f6t \u00e1ssuk, gondoljunk arra, hogy az arasznyi pal\u00e1nt\u00e1b\u00f3l &#8211; ha minden j\u00f3l megy &#8211; csod\u00e1s, nagy n\u00f6v\u00e9ny lesz. A paradicsomn\u00e1l tartsunk minimum 50 cm t\u0151t\u00e1vols\u00e1got (determin\u00e1lt, azaz alacsonyabb n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u0171 fajt\u00e1kn\u00e1l 40 centit), \u00e9s legal\u00e1bb 60, de ink\u00e1bb 80 centi sort\u00e1vols\u00e1got. A paprik\u00e1b\u00f3l bizonyos fajt\u00e1kat szoktak kettes\u00e9vel is \u00fcltetni, a paradicsomb\u00f3l nem. A sal\u00e1t\u00e1kat el\u00e9g 25 centim\u00e9terenk\u00e9nt \u00fcltetni. Ami a f\u0171szern\u00f6v\u00e9nyeket illeti, figyelj\u00fcnk arra, hogy ezek tereb\u00e9lyesednek.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>6. A m\u00e9lys\u00e9g sem mindegy<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nA sal\u00e1t\u00e1t, k\u00e1poszt\u00e1t, ha kivessz\u00fck az ed\u00e9nyk\u00e9b\u0151l, csak a t\u00e1pkocka k\u00e9tharmad m\u00e9lys\u00e9g\u00e9ig \u00fcltess\u00fck el. \u00cdgy a n\u00f6v\u00e9ny als\u00f3 levelei is megmaradnak. A paprik\u00e1t legfeljebb egy-k\u00e9t centivel \u00fcltess\u00fck m\u00e9lyebbre, mint ahogy az ed\u00e9nyben van, a paradicsomot viszont m\u00e1r \u00f6t-t\u00edz centivel. Ha n\u00f6v\u00e9ny megny\u00falik &#8211; ez f\u0151leg a saj\u00e1t nevel\u00e9s\u0171n\u00e9l fordul el\u0151 -, a megny\u00falt sz\u00e1rat elfektethetj\u00fck.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>7. Serkents\u00fck a z\u00f6ldet!<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nA z\u00f6ldf\u0171szerek (petrezselyem, bazsalikom stb.) n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t t\u00e1poldattal serkenthetj\u00fck. Ezek ugyanis nagy t\u00f6meg\u0171 z\u00f6ldet hoznak, sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fck van a t\u00e1panyagra (aj\u00e1nlott p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a Wuxal, a Volld\u00fcnger). A paradicsomn\u00e1l, paprik\u00e1n\u00e1l vigy\u00e1zzunk a tr\u00e1gy\u00e1z\u00e1ssal, mert ha t\u00fal sok nitrog\u00e9nt kap, a z\u00f6ld n\u00f6v\u00e9ny fog fejl\u0151dni, de a vir\u00e1gait eldobja.<br \/>\nTipp: Ha a rukkol\u00e1t a talajt\u00f3l m\u00e1sf\u00e9l-k\u00e9t centire lecsipkedj\u00fck, visszan\u0151, \u00e9s egy \u00e9vben n\u00e9gyszer-\u00f6tsz\u00f6r \u00fajra sz\u00fcretelhetj\u00fck.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>8. K\u00e1rtev\u0151k ellen<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nHa azt l\u00e1tjuk, hogy s\u00e1rgulnak, foltosodnak a paradicsom levelei, okkal gyanakodhatunk gomb\u00e1s fert\u0151z\u00e9sre.
