A hullad\u00e9kr\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2012. \u00e9vi CLXXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 2021. m\u00e1rcius 1-j\u00e9n hat\u00e1lyba l\u00e9pett m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val az ingatlanon m\u00e1s \u00e1ltal, az ingatlantulajdonos hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa n\u00e9lk\u00fcl, ellen\u0151rizetlen k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt elhelyezett vagy elhagyott hullad\u00e9k eset\u00e9ben a hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si hat\u00f3s\u00e1g folytat le hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi elj\u00e1r\u00e1st. A hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si hat\u00f3s\u00e1g kijel\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 124\/2021. (III.12.) Korm. rendelet 1. \u00a7 (1) bekezd\u00e9se \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben a Korm\u00e1ny k\u00f6zigazgat\u00e1si hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi \u00fcgyekben elj\u00e1r\u00f3 hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si hat\u00f3s\u00e1gk\u00e9nt
\na) a megyei korm\u00e1nyhivatalt (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: ter\u00fcleti hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si hat\u00f3s\u00e1g) \u00e9s
\nb) a hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1s\u00e9rt felel\u0151s miniszter (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: miniszter) \u00e1ltal kijel\u00f6lt szervezeti egys\u00e9get (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: miniszt\u00e9riumi hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si hat\u00f3s\u00e1g)
\njel\u00f6li ki.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A fenti Korm. rendelet 2021. m\u00e1rcius 16-\u00e1n l\u00e9pett hat\u00e1lyba \u00e9s rendelkezik a k\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delmi \u00e9s term\u00e9szetv\u00e9delmi hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi \u00e9s igazgat\u00e1si feladatokat ell\u00e1t\u00f3 szervek kijel\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 71\/2015. (III. 30.) Korm. rendelet 11. \u00a7-\u00e1nak hat\u00e1lyon k\u00edv\u00fcl helyez\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l is.<\/p>\n

Mindezek \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben a telep\u00fcl\u00e9si \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat jegyz\u0151j\u00e9nek hat\u00e1sk\u00f6re az illeg\u00e1lis hullad\u00e9k elhelyez\u00e9s \u00fcgy\u00e9ben megsz\u0171nt.<\/p>\n

A hat\u00e1sk\u00f6rrel \u00e9s illet\u00e9kess\u00e9ggel rendelkez\u0151 elj\u00e1r\u00f3 szerv \u00c9rd eset\u00e9ben a Pest Megyei Korm\u00e1nyhivatal, a bejelent\u00e9seket az al\u00e1bbi m\u00f3dokon lehet hozz\u00e1juk megtenni:
