A helyi \u00e9s a telep\u00fcl\u00e9si ad\u00f3 m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t nem lehet megemelni j\u00f6v\u0151re – r\u00f6gz\u00edti a mai Magyar K\u00f6zl\u00f6nyben megjelent korm\u00e1nyrendelet. Az ad\u00f3kedvezm\u00e9nyek \u00e9s az ad\u00f3mentess\u00e9gek sem korl\u00e1tozhat\u00f3ak vagy sz\u0171k\u00edthet\u0151ek, azokat ugyanis 2021-ben is biztos\u00edtani kell. A telep\u00fcl\u00e9si \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok j\u00f6v\u0151re nem vezethetnek be \u00faj telep\u00fcl\u00e9si ad\u00f3t se – \u00edrta el\u0151 a korm\u00e1ny. A P\u00e9nz\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium szerint a mai Magyar K\u00f6zl\u00f6nyben megjelent rendeletre az\u00e9rt volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g, mert az „biztos\u00edtja a lakoss\u00e1g, a csal\u00e1dok \u00e9s a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok v\u00e9delm\u00e9t”.<\/p>\n
Az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatokt\u00f3l l\u00e9nyeg\u00e9ben minden ad\u00f3bev\u00e9telt elvettek az elm\u00falt \u00e9vekben, ahogy a koronav\u00edrus-v\u00e1ls\u00e1g alatt is jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kkentek a bev\u00e9teleik. Ebben a helyzetben j\u00f6tt Parragh L\u00e1szl\u00f3nak, a Magyar Kereskedelmi \u00e9s Iparkamara vezet\u0151j\u00e9nek \u00f6tlete, miszerint a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1soknak nem kellene egy \u00e9vig fizetni\u00fck az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok utols\u00f3 nagy bev\u00e9tel\u00e9t jelent\u0151 ipar\u0171z\u00e9si ad\u00f3t. (K\u00e9s\u0151bb azt is javasolta, hogy semmilyen \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati ad\u00f3t nem kellene fizetni egy \u00e9vig.) Erre p\u00e1rt\u00e1ll\u00e1st\u00f3l f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl minden \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati vezet\u0151 \u00fagy reag\u00e1lt, hogy ha megval\u00f3sul az \u00f6tlet, akkor azt \u00edgy elvont \u00f6sszeget a k\u00f6zponti k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9sb\u0151l kell p\u00f3tolni, k\u00fcl\u00f6nben az alapfeladataikat sem tudj\u00e1k ell\u00e1tni a helyhat\u00f3s\u00e1gok.<\/p>\n
